Terms and Conditions for Tracking Academy ERP

Introduction
Welcome to Tracking Academy ERP by Amy Technologies. The terms and conditions outlined below govern your use of the Tracking Academy ERP software, website, and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

  • The content and features of the ERP are for your general use and are subject to updates or modifications without prior notice.
  • Unauthorized use of the website or software may result in claims for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense.

2. Payment Terms

  1. Payment Schedule:

    • 40% of the total project cost is payable upon signing the agreement.
    • 60% is due midway through the project.
    • All payments made are non-refundable.

  2. Additional Charges:

    • Any requirement for a dedicated server, custom promotional website, or additional support services will incur extra charges as per the client’s needs.

  3. Cost for Optional Integrations:

    • The following optional integrations will incur additional charges beyond the standard ERP package:
      • SMS Integration
      • Bulk WhatsApp Messaging
      • RFID Integration
      • Payment Gateway Integration
      • Walking Reader Integration
      • Website Integration
      • Biometric Integration
      • Barcode Integration
      • Vehicle GPS Integration

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights, including ownership of the code, design, and software, remain with Amy Technologies.
  • Clients are granted a license to use the software for its intended purposes but may not resell, distribute, or modify it without explicit written permission.

4. Third-Party Licenses

  • Any third-party licenses or API integrations required for the project will be purchased at the client’s expense unless specified otherwise.
  • Amy Technologies will assist in integrating these licenses but will not cover their renewal or ongoing maintenance.

5. Support and Maintenance

  • Regular updates are included as part of the subscription.
  • Requests for customizations, integrations, or priority support will be charged separately.

6. Data Privacy and Security

  • Amy Technologies ensures secure storage of all client data and adheres to applicable data protection regulations.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and backup of their data.

7. Website Usage Terms

  1. The website and its content are for informational purposes only and are subject to change without notice.
  2. We do not provide warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of the website’s content.
  3. Reproduction of any website material is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
