Refund Policy for Tracking Academy ERP
At Tracking Academy ERP by Amy Technologies, we strive to provide the best quality services and products to meet your needs. However, due to the nature of our software and associated services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. Please review our refund terms carefully:
1. Non-Refundable Payments
- All payments made toward the purchase, customization, subscription, and deployment of the Tracking Academy ERP are non-refundable.
- This includes:
- The 40% advance payment made at the time of agreement signing.
- The remaining 60% milestone payment made midway through the project.
- Payments made for optional integrations, third-party licenses, or additional services.
2. Subscription and Licensing Fees
- Subscription fees for the software are billed on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis as per the agreed terms. These fees are non-refundable, even if the client chooses to discontinue the service before the end of the billing cycle.
3. Additional Services
Payments made for custom features, server costs, dedicated promotional websites, or integration services are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.
4. Trial and Testing
- A demo or trial of the software may be provided upon request. Once the software is purchased and deployed, refunds will not be processed.
5. Cancellation Policy
If the project is canceled midway by the client:
- The advance payment and any milestones achieved will not be refunded.
- Any pending payments for work completed up to the point of cancellation will be invoiced and are payable by the client.
If the project is canceled by Amy Technologies due to unforeseen circumstances, a proportional refund may be issued for services not delivered, as determined by Amy Technologies.
6. Errors and Support
- Any issues with the software will be addressed through our support team under the terms of the maintenance agreement. Refunds will not be provided for bugs, errors, or delays in the project.
7. Third-Party Services and Costs
- Clients are responsible for any costs associated with third-party services (e.g., SMS gateways, payment gateways, or APIs). Refunds for these services must be pursued with the respective third-party provider, as Amy Technologies does not guarantee refunds for external services.
8. Governing Law
- Refund disputes will be governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India, and will be subject to resolution in the courts of Tamil Nadu.
